California Titanium, LLC attended the ITA Conference in San Diego, CA on October 2-5, 2011. In addition to manning our booth with samples of our products, California Titanium networked with a broad range of titanium representatives from all over the world.

California Titanium attends International Titanium Association (ITA) Conference in Orlando, Florida, October 3-6, 2010

California Titanium, LLC attended the annual International Titanium Association (ITA) Conference in Orlando, Florida from October 3 through October 6, 2010. This Conference never fails to disappoint. California Titanium met industry representatives of Titanium sponge and mill products from the U.S., Canada, Asia, Europe, and South America. Mr. Edward Rosenberg, Designer and CEO of Spectore Corporation won the 2010 Titanium Applications Development Award and Mr. Edward Sobota, Sr. (1945-2010) won the 2010 Titanium Achievement Award. Congrats!

California Titanium Attends 2010 Offshore Technology Conference in Houston, Texas

In May 2010, California Titanium attended the Offshore Technology Conference at Reliant Park in Houston, Texas. The exhibition included more than 2,400 companies from over 35 countries. It was quite an amazing experience. The expanded OTC 2010 technical program addressed technical, business, and regulatory issues in the global oil and gas industry. Popular topics included offshore energy sources and exploration, along with updates on the latest deep water projects. We were pleased to meet many representatives from a wide variety of companies engaged in offshore oil and gas exploration, production, transport, and even desalinisation.

Manufacturers and suppliers in the oil and gas exploration field included those involved in drilling equipment, offshore platforms and wellbore equipment, drive systems, seismic monitoring and analysis technologies, subsea pipe line and drilling systems, riser technology, foundations and anchors, pumps, compressors, tubes, offshore wind energy, LNG, etc

California Titanium remains committed to importing titanium mill products that are particularly important to the offshore and deep sea oil and gas exploration sector, including geophysical seismic applications. Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium bars and rods are in high demand.

We have also recently added Corrosion Resistant Alloy (CRA) clad/lined steel pipe products to our list of available products. These products are quite effective and compatible in the offshore oil and gas exploration and production industries, refining industries, and chemical processing industries.

CALIFORNIA TITANIUM ATTENDS 2009 ITA CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION IN HAWAII 
September 13 - 16, 2009

California Titanium attended the 2009 ITA Conference and Exhibition in Waikoloa, Hawaii during the week of September 13-16, 2009. In addition to acquiring valuable information and updates from a wide range of titanium industry experts, California Titanium secured a booth at the event in order to display some titanium samples and answer questions. The event allowed California Titanium to gain an international presence, learn valuable information, and make some new friends in the industry. Finally, the outdoor setting was gorgeous -- whenenver we found free time!

CALIFORNIA TITANIUM TOURS TITANIUM MANUFACTURERS IN XI'AN, CHINA
August 2009

In early August 2009, California Titanium's COO and CFO, Duan Wei-Maynez, performed a due diligence tour of two of Xi'an China's top titanium manufacturers to reconfirm its decision to utilize these manufacturers as primary titanium mill product sources for import to North America.  According to Ms. Wei-Maynez, "I was very impressed with the cleanliness, orderliness, and quality standards of the facilities and processes.  It is no wonder that these manufacturers are producing and distributing titanium at an increasing level in China and around the world."  California Titanium has also decided to source from China's largest titanium manufacturer that is a certified supplier to Boeing in the US.

California Titanium, LLC is seeking qualifed sales representatives to work on a commission-only basis to develop our market in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. Qualified candidates should have several years of experience working in the sales and/or manufacturing areas of the metal sectors. A titanium background is preferred, but other areas such as steel, aluminum, etc. will be considered.
